Hi,

I was wondering whether it's possible to post or send me the source code for each individual Game Engine VMK from beginning to end. Cause currently I'm trying to use SDL instead of WIN32 and it's a bit difficult to convert it by modifying the end Source. Please advice.

Regards,

Dana

I'm afraid that is not possible. I have specifically not included the source code with each VMK so that the viewer must type in everything themselves and learn as they go.

If you are using SDL then you'll want to replace a lot of the GameOGL class function calls with equivalent calls made to SDL. Everything else you should be able to leave the same.

Why have you chosen to use SDL rather than the Win32 API?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Well is't not bad then If only concerns the GameOGL Class. I choose to use SDL cause I'm trying to build a cross-platform Game Engine (Windows, OSX and Linux).

Dana

The only parts that you will need to replace are the ones that deal with creating the window (GameOGL::create) and also the functions used for keeping track of the time. Everything else you can pretty much leave the same.
