I found that the single VMK files must be downloaded within 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, it will drop the connection every time.
If download speed is slow, then It won't download it forever except the download speed becomes fast.

This sounds like a problem with your browser. Try downloading the files using a different browser. Also make sure you do not have any download managers enabled such as GetRight. These could be interfering with the browser to download the files from the web site.

It is not the browser's problem. 10 minutes may be the timeout of download connection.

Used Firefox to download and didn't have an issue. Would not try and get more then 2 at once. It seems (from my end) that 2 and sometimes 3 is all that is allowed. I also have Getright and didn't have to disable it. Wasn't an issue.

I see your location is in China. Are you going thru a proxy by any chance? Haven't had any file take longer then 10 minutes to download, that I know of, so I don't know if there is a timeout limit.
