 Post subject: Ghost VMK 46 - Game Over Screen

I add a text message to the instruction screen that was made in VMK45, and the Game Over state is added to the game engine. The ability to dynamically fade font is also added in this VMK.

I noticed that you mentioned in this vmk about rendering the picture first then rendering the text over top of it. I don't know if this is a bug from one of the previous vmks, but I noticed this before and in this video that in the Scene's InitGUILoadInstructions() function that you have the Text "Loading ... " first then the Image second, and I don't see the the Text "Loading ... " rendered to the screen. I changed the order of this from before, when I was working on a past vmk and it renders correctly if you have the Image first.
