 Post subject: Shader VMK 52 - Image 2D Class version 2

The image2d class is updated in this vmk to support the version 2 implementation. This version uses the batch manager to handle the rendering of any image2d instance.

I like the how by added a few lines of code into the Image2d class just by adding a second constructor and modifying the render call allows for the BatchManager class to simply take over and handled everything accordingly. That was simple enough, all the brunt work was getting the Engine and Game class prepared to use the BatchManager. Moving right along!
