 Post subject: Shader VMK 94 - Mouse Cursor

In this VMK I wire up the mouse cursor to an Image2d object so that when the mouse moves, the image of the cursor moves on the screen. The guiLoader class is updated also to handle Image2d objects.

Just a heads up about a possible issue using LOWORD and HIWORD macros to extract the x & y mouse coordinates. These macros treat the coordinates as unsigned quantities. That can be problematic for systems with multiple monitors as the coordinates could very well be negative values. Replacing LOWORD/HIWORD with the GET_X_LPARAM/GET_Y_LPARAM macros found in the windowsx.h header should resolve the issue. Hope this helps anyone else having this problem.
